Principal Cooper is in her fifth year as Principal at Northgate High School. She also served two years as a Vice Principal for the Broncos, and 17 years as a teacher, program coordinator, and the Director of Sports Medicine at Ygnacio Valley High School. She grew up in the area, having gone to Sequoia Elementary and Middle Schools, and graduated from YVHS. She has taught in the Performing Arts, Biological Sciences, Leadership, Career Transitions, Physical Education and Career Technical Education departments, and has overseen and coordinated several programs including Musical Theatre, Sports Medicine, Positive Behavior Intervention and Support, Link Crew, Renaissance Leadership, and School Climate before moving into this administrative role. She graduated from Cal State Long Beach with a degree in Kinesiology and Athletic Training, is a Certified Athletic Trainer, and earned her Master's Degree in Educational Administration from Concordia University.

Tucker Farrar is in his third year as Vice Principal at Northgate. He previously served as an Assistant Principal at California High School for three years. In 2019, he served as the Dean of Students for Northgate High School after spending 9 years in the classroom teaching Math. 

Tucker supports students with last names of A-L, and oversees student activities, wellness, English Language learners, and testing.

Tyler Rosecrans is in his fourth year at Northgate as Vice Principal, after spending the 2020-21 school year at Pine Hollow Middle School. Prior to Pine Hollow, Tyler worked at SRVUSD as a Special Education teacher, serving elementary students with extensive needs. He earned his Bachelor's in Liberal Studies from Cal State East Bay, then earned his Master's degree in Educational Leadership. Tyler previously coached for Walnut Creek Surf Soccer Club. In his spare time he hangs out with his wife and three kids and is an avid sports fan. He is excited to be a part of the Bronco community.  

Tyler supports students with the last names M-Z, while overseeing safety, security, facilities, and athletics, and provides support to Social Science, Physical Education, Science and CTE/ROP.
